June 11, 2018 Tipp City, OH – Repacorp, Inc. acquires Hooven-Dayton Corp.’s assets and intellectual property
Repacorp, Inc., a label manufacturer with headquarters in Tipp City, Ohio, acquired Hooven-Dayton Corp.’s assets and intellectual property on June 8, 2018. The asset purchase terms have not been disclosed. Some equipment will be incorporated into Repacorp’s three facilities located in Ohio, Wisconsin and Arizona. The rest of the equipment should be auctioned on July 11, 2018.
